Care instructions we recommend to ensure longevity and cleanliness :

remove surface stains before washing, use a gentle cycle with mild detergent in a mesh bag, reshape the pad, and air dry (you can put the pads on a low, spin only cycle to spin out some of the water and aid drying time - note: you must place pads in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase so they don't spin loose and break in your washing machine). Avoid fabric softeners, hot wash, and tumble drying. Do not bleach.

For an extended wearability and to maintain the softest fleece wash after wash ,we recommend hand washing with a hand washing specific laundry detergent made for delicates.

Tubie clip care instructions :

The plastic clip is integrated in the overall Tubie clip so clips must be washed by hand to prolong the lifetime of the product. spot clean by wiping with a damp cloth and mild detergent/soap and leave laying flat to air dry.

Living with a chronic illness has added layers of depth to my perspective. It's from this place of understanding that in 2019 LoulaBellie was born – a space where functionality meets creativity.

 At 23 years old, I call a cozy rural village nestled in the Lincolnshire countryside home, where I share my life with my fiancé and our adorable Cockapoo puppy, Tiggie. Living in the UK with my wonderful fiancé and our furry sidekick, life's an adventure, and it's my pleasure to share a bit of my story with you.

My journey has been shaped by the challenges of multiple chronic illnesses, leading me to rely on feeding tubes, catheters, and central lines for the past 7 years. 

Despite the hurdles and the considerable time spent in hospitals and in the confines of my house managing my health, I've discovered a silver lining – my passion for sewing.

In between medical routines, I've found joy and purpose in turning my ideas into tangible, helpful products. As someone navigating the twists and turns of chronic illness, I understand the importance of finding joy in the little things – like the accessories that help bring colour and personalisation to our medical devices ,so here at LoulaBellie Each item is crafted with care and consideration.

In the heart of our home, every piece is meticulously crafted, drawing inspiration from my own journey and the shared experiences of fellow tubies in our lovely  chronic illness community.  From cozy feeding tube pads to stylish accessories, every creation is a blend of functionality and flair , with the hope of making a positive impact on the lives of others facing similar challenges. 

When I'm not immersed in crafting, you can find me sipping on a cup of Coffee with my wonderful Mum or Nanny or finding solace in the company of my fiancé and enjoying the boundless joy of our loving pup Tiggie. They are my pillars of support and the driving force behind the passion that infuses every stitch and design.

the big question we get asked about shipping is can we combine your orders : at the moment, we're not able to combine multiple orders. Each order gets its own special treatment and big orders get VIP free shipping so order in 1 to work some shipping Magic at the checkout

Will my order be tracked ?

yes all UK orders are sent through Evri which offers End to End tracking of your items. All International Orders are sent through Royal mail tracked and signed which offers end to end tracking and a signature is required upon delivery.

from Dispatch to Door Step

Just a heads up! Our dispatch game is strong, aiming to ship non-personalized items within 3-5 working days. for personalized goodies theres a 4-6 week wait. Quick note: if you mix in some personalized items, we won't send out your order until those special items are all set to send too.

during crazy times (especially post restocks and launches), our dispatch timeline might stretch a bit. Keep your eyes on our Facebook & Instagram pages for the freshest News on turnaround times.

For International Customers , you can track online on Royal mail and then you will be transferred to a local courier once your parcel lands in the destination country ✈️

We aim for a seamless international shipping experience, but please understand we're not responsible for delays, customs fees, Taxes , Delivery office holding fees or unexpected hiccups. Embarking on your tubie journey and unsure if that much-anticipated surgery is on the horizon? Well, here's a little tale to consider before placing that order.

Unfortunately, we dont accept returns, but we promise this story is worth a read and should help you make your mind up and also explain. our policy so theres no hidden clauses or surprises in your tubie pad buying journey.

Picture this: You're at the beginning of your tubie adventure, a path filled with twists and turns. You've got these fantastic pads in your sights, ready to be your trusty companions. But, oh, the uncertainty! here are some things to consider before buying tubie pads

1. will they work with your tube ? if your tube is stitched in remember these won't fit under the external bumper plate. you could still use them for decoration , but they wont sit against the stoma site so may not absorb as much leakage
2. is your surgery date scheduled , we all know how frustrating delays can be and we don't want you to spend all your pennies if your surgery plans are going to get scuppered.think of ordering tubie pads as a post surgery treat from you to your new tube , remember you cant wear tubie pads for around 2-3 weeks anyway so plenty of time for them to make their way to you
3. check the sizings and measurements of our products + materials before placing your order to make sure they suit your needs - we LOVE our design and think its perfect but everyone's different - message us if you have any questions as we want to help you feel confident in your purchase -we offer bespoke sizes and thicknesses by special order so if you needd something more absorbent or bigger / smaller dont hesitate to ask us. tubie pads are reusable so once you find the right product for you they are well worth the investment.

now for the funny version of why making the right choice is so important ...

Imagine this: You've just snagged these incredible pads for your feeding tube adventures. Life's a wild ride, plans are ever-changing, and we totally get it. But when it comes to these pads, they're not just any pads – they're the VIPs of hygiene, the Very Important Pads!

Now, you might be pondering, "Can I send them back if the feeding tube fiesta doesn't unfold as planned?" Well, here's the scoop: Once these pads break free from their packaging and join the skin soiree , they've RSVP'd to a no-return party. We'd love to have magical powers to predict their fate, but alas, no crystal ball in our inventory to check their party status, we're just here to ensure they're party-ready!

Just picture if we accepted returns on pads that might have had a dance or two – it'd be like a used-pads panic parade, and trust us, nobody's RSVPing to that party and were certainly not looking to host that event!!

So, while we can't peek into the future or accept returns on pads that have danced with destiny and may or may not have been used ...

Embrace the unpredictability, keep the celebration alive, and let these pads be the life of the party even if they're just chilling in the packaging on a grand adventure with you waiting for your tubie surgery to be rescheduled or that pesky infection to clear.

if all else fails we've heard from the Pad Party professionals that these pads are primed to become the perfect gift, bringing a touch of glam to your tubie friend's medical routine and there's no rules on regifting especially when they're this cute !

Safety disclaimer :

exercise caution to prevent any choking risk !

Our pads , clips , Valve covers and Drainage bag covers all feature small components, including plastic press stud fasteners and clips. Whilst every effort is made to securely attach press studs using professional equipment and we take every precaution to ensure each product is quality control checked before dispatch , there is a potential choking risk as the components weaken over time through repeated use .
Always ensure snaps are properly fastened, never leave a child unattended while using the product, and regularly inspect the product's integrity to prevent injury or choking. Your safety is our priority.

dont put excessive weight on clips.

clips weaken throiugh repeated opening and closing causing thre Gripper teeth to not fully close after extended use , these can also be faulty and break due to random failure after a few uses.

all clips are tested in house but it is your responsibility to ensure they are in working order before each use and remain gripped to clothing or soft furnishings. always test they can take the required weight of anything they are holding to avoid pulling of tubing / dislodgement of tubes.

** new clips can be provided for a nominal charge if you wish to replace them when old ones are nearing the end of their lifetime to extend the lifetime of your favourite item - please contact us to arrange this as your safety is our priority and we'd hate for you to suffer from using a faulty clip to prevent retiring your favourite design.

unfortunately we are unable to fix or replace poppers that are broken through wear and tear or improper washing methods etc. you can purchase a popper tool online if you wish to DIY fix your own pads. LoulaBellie will not be liable for any harm caused after subsequent changes to the original design / composition.

- if your popper is faulty when it arrives , replacement for the same design will be subject to the design being available to resend as a complete unit. if unavailable an agreed suitable alternative will be provided.

for the same reasons as the returns policy , we do not accept returns of faulty sanitary items to be repaired and ask that you kindly dispose of these to prevent any cross contamination of allergens etc from one house to another in the sewing studio.
