    The big question we get asked about shipping is can we combine your orders : at the moment, we're not able to combine multiple orders. Each order gets its own special treatment and big orders get VIP free shipping so order in 1 to work some shipping Magic at the checkout

    *** PLEASE READ *** if you select our Special delivery and haven't discussed / added an expedited delivery package with us we won't be looking out for your order so won't be able to prioritise it sadly due to our large volume of orders on restock days. Consequently this would be a 24 hour delivery aim after any regular processing time ( 3-5 days as standard - so you may still be waiting for 4-7 days for your item but have paid alot for a Speedy service and we would hate for you to feel disappointed )

  • Will my order be Tracked ?

    yes all UK orders are sent through Evri which offers End to End tracking of your items. special Delivery UK orders are trackable and require a signature when royal mail deliver to you.

    All International Orders are sent through Royal mail tracked and signed which offers end to end tracking and a signature is required upon delivery.

  • from Dispatch to Door Step

    Just a heads up! Our dispatch game is strong, aiming to ship non-personalized items within 3-5 working days. for personalized goodies theres a 4-6 week wait. Quick note: if you mix in some personalized items, we won't send out your order until those special items are all set to send too.

  • Delays -this applies to Restock days **

    during crazy times (especially post restocks and launches), our dispatch timeline might stretch a bit. Keep your eyes on our Facebook & Instagram pages for the freshest News on turnaround times.

    PS: Remember to expect a delay if you mix in some personalized items with ready to ship stock.

    oh and while you're here , just to let you know : the delivery aim by Royal Mail is their best shot, not a guarantee!

    So, if you roll with our Standard option its 2-3 Business days from dispatch & our Express option is a 1-2 Business days delivery aim from dispatch (not from the moment you hit that order button as we have our own processing time to Add any Finishing touches and then lovingly Hand pick & Package up your parcel.)

  • so how long will it take for my Parcel to arrive after i press order ?

    this Estimate is based on our best guess taking into account the Shipping Couriers delivery timescales as well as our standard processing time of 3-5 days

    please note : THE DAY THE COURIER RECEIVES YOUR PARCEL DOESN'T COUNT AS A DAY OF POSTAGE :) WE ALWAYS AIM TO HAVE YOUR PARCEL WITH THE COURIER WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR DISPATCH EMAIL BEING SENT (this is automatically sent when we purchase your shipping label ) - so please add 24 hours when working out if your parcel is overdue and remember to only count full business days , our business days are monday-friday (not including bank holidays or public holidays )

    most couriers working days are monday-friday - saturday is only a half day in many regions - check the couriers page for up to date working days during holiday periods and strikes )

    so how long will it take for my Parcel to arrive after i press order ?

    so if everything goes well and you receive a seamless delivery experience here's our Best Guess-timate ... please not this is for our normal processing times - we will update our delivery Page regularly to let you know if there are any delays - these will be given in days of delay ie. we are 4 days delayed sop the processing time is 9 days at the moment rather than the usual 3-5

  • Tracking and Updates

    Once your order is all packed up and ready to roll, be on the lookout for a dispatch email. Inside, you'll find your tracking number, a nifty tool to keep tabs on your order's journey. We'll make sure to post your order no later than the next working day.

    For our UK pals, keep an eye out for emails and/or texts from EVRI about your delivery. They like to keep you in the loop too. Happy tracking!

    For International Customers , you can track online on Royal mail and then you will be transferred to a local courier once your parcel lands in the destination country ✈️

  • Incorrect Address infomation

    Just a quick friendly reminder to double-check and make sure your postal address and email address are entered correctly when you're checking out. If the email address is a bit off, we might miss you for important updates like confirmations and dispatch notifications. Also, for the postal address, a little extra care helps avoid any hiccups or delays in getting your order to the right place.

    LoulaBellie won't be able to take responsibility for any address mishaps. or wording whoopsies.

    If, by any chance, an order bounces back because of an address mix-up, due to us being such a small business we would need you to help cover the re-shipping cost. Thanks so much for helping us get everything just right!

    sometimes an order may be delayed even though it was placed before another order so this will then move it down our list slighlty ie. for personalized goodies theres a 4-6 week wait & if you mix in some personalized items, we won't send out your order until those special items are all set to send too.

    so if you need your non personalized items sooner and are not willing to wait 4-6 weeks processing time ,you will need to order in 2 separate orders.

    other reasons orders may be delayed would be if you haven't entered Postal Addresses correctly or there is another piece of information we are waiting on from yourself. Always make sure to double check any Important details- a little extra care helps avoid any hiccups or delays in getting your order to the right place.

  • International shipping

    We aim for a seamless international shipping experience, but please understand we're not responsible for delays, customs fees, Taxes , Delivery office holding fees or unexpected hiccups. Customs policies differ, and any extra charges are out of our hands. For specific info on potential fees and regulations, it's best to check with your local customs office.     £11.50 - £14.50

    bracket 1 - £11.50 GBP

    bracket 2 - £12.50 GBP

    bracket 3 - £13.50 GBP

    bracket 4 - £14.50 GBP

    Worldwide (Incl USA , Canada , Australia and NZ) £12.50 - £18.00

    bracket 1 - £12.50 GBP

    bracket 2 - £13.75 GBP

    bracket 3 - £15.35 GBP

    bracket 4 - £18.00 GBP

    most orders tend top be in Price Bracket 1

    As a rule larger orders usually do not exceed out Price Bracket 2 in my experience

    The following price brackets after 1 & 2 are just there incase of particularly large orders so don't let them put you off !

    Prices are worked out on weight and each Bracket is therefore a flat rate Price , so adding 1 item often doesn't make a difference and it will take adding several items to reach the next price bracket.

    - these will be automatically calculated as you add items to the basket , so check you basket for an updated shipping price as you go.

How do i Get my order ASAP ?

  • How we Process Orders

    we Process orders in the order we receive them and work on a first come , first served basis to make it a fair system. to get your order to you quickly its important you read our delivery info so there's no mistakes that could lead to delay.

  • Expedited Orders

    If you need your order super quickly , please let us know before ordering and we can discuss Expediting Options (these may incur a small fee as we have taken someone on to package our orders so this would usually mean extra hours are needed :) and we would be making a trip specially to the courier depot to drop off your order as we have set postal days usually.)

    there are 2 options to proceed with expedited processing

    1. we can Either process your order same day and send with a normal postal service ( standard or express) with a standard time of 2-3 days or express 1-2 days shipping after our 24 dispatch service )
    2. or if you want a super speedy service and need your items within 48 hours ** we also offer a special delivery postage opton that can be added to our expedited same day processing package.
