summarised washing instructions :
remove surface stains before washing, use a gentle cycle with mild detergent in a mesh bag, reshape the pad, and air dry (you can put the pads on a low spin only cycle to spin out some of the water and aid drying time) .

• do not hot wash
• do not tumble dry
• Do not bleach
  

For an extended wearability and to maintain the softest fleece wash after wash ,we recommend hand washing with a hand wash specific detergent made for delicates.
